ZIEGLER receives order for a Z6 to Kortrijk-Wevelgem International Airport

Ziegler Brandweertechniek, a subsidiary of ZIEGLER Group based in Winschoten, Netherlands, received an order for the delivery of a new ZIEGLER Crashtender Z6 to the airport Kortrijk-Wevelgem in Belgium.

The vehicle will be delivered in the first quarter of 2022.

The Crashtender will be built on a TITAN 6x6 chassis with steering rear axle and is equipped with a Scania 770 HP V8 engine. Furthermore, the vehicle will be equipped with a 12,000 l water tank, a 1,500 l foam tank and 250 kg extinguishing powder. The Z-Cab AiR is certified according ECE R 29-3 and therefore guarantees highest occupant protection. The vehicle will be controlled and operated via Z-Control of the latest generation.

19 HLF for the Dortmund Fire Department
