As long as your vehicle is still in use, we ensure the supply of the spare parts, provide customer service and maintenance, refurbishment and modernization of old vehicles, as well as the rental of vehicle and equipment. To ensure the full operational capability of your ZIEGLER products over years – we take it as our target. Thus, the maintenance contract plays an important role in this case. It includes the regular review of the product range. In particular, this means:

Please have the vehicle’s serial number ready for all service requests. This can be found on the type plate on the inside of the driver’s door. When ordering by fax, please do not send a written order to avoid duplicate deliveries.

Full cost transparency
Our mobile service technicians ensure the safety of your vehicle – in the event of a repair, we’re ready to respond immediately and provide on-site assistance. Complete cost transparency is important to us: Our 3-zone model, with each zone covering 75 km, allows you to easily estimate at any time, based on your nearest ZIEGLER service location, what the flat-rate travel fee for a service call to your location would be. Our flat-rate travel fee fully covers travel time, mileage and the technician’s fee.
