Limited availability of ZIEGLER at the moment
On Thursday, February 9th, the ZIEGLER systems have been attacked. The attack was detected at around 08:00 am in the morning.

As a result, all relevant systems were immediately shut down. Therefore, all systems across the German and Croatian locations are currently offline, so that we are currently severely restricted in our ability to work and to be reached by mail. The telephone network is not affected, so we can still be reached by phone.
Together with external consultants and service providers, we are working at full speed to restore our ability to act as quickly as possible and to keep backlogs to a minimum. However, we are currently still in the evaluation phase and cannot say exactly which and how much data is affected. Furthermore, at the current time we cannot provide any information as to whether and which data has been leaked.
Therefore, please understand that given the current state of knowledge, we cannot make any further statements about the extent and impact of the attack.
Please also understand that, for security reasons, we will be cut off from the network for a few more days and that E-mails will currently not reach us.
