19 HLF for the Dortmund Fire Department

The award underscores the performance of ZIEGLER’s technologies as well as the company’s competitive strength in the German market for firefighting vehicles.

This is complemented by the latest-generation Z-Control operating system and the ZIEGLER Z-Cab with a 1+7 crew configuration and a three-step entry system. The tactical equipment includes, among other things, a 2,000-liter water tank with drinking water protection and an FPN Z-Pump 10-3000-1H with Trokomat.

The crew compartment can accommodate four self-contained breathing apparatus users and is additionally equipped with air conditioning. To enhance operational comfort and safety, the vehicle includes a ladder deployment aid for telescoping and extension ladders with a suction hose mount, a Webasto auxiliary heater (4 kW), a backup camera, a lane departure warning system, and a rear warning system with six LED flashing lights. Additional features include a pneumatic light mast on the front wall of the cargo compartment with eight LED spotlights, a PUSH hygiene board, the standardized pump control panel (SPBF), an Action Tower, a 120-liter foam concentrate tank with filling system, a Leab PowAirBox 230 V power supply, as well as a storage box and Z-Rack helmet holder.
