TSF-W
Firefighting vehicle with portable pump
A great firefighting vehicle must be designed to meet a wide range of operational requirements without restriction. This includes, above all, storing equipment and devices in such a way that they can be removed ergonomically and safely.
Heavy-duty pull-out drawers in the deep-drawn area of the body, lightweight carrying boxes in the upper area: this not only has a positive effect on handling, but also reduces the effort required to remove equipment. Being able to deploy equipment relevant to the primary task quickly and safely is of utmost importance in the hectic rush of an emergency – one more reason to choose ZIEGLER vehicles with ALPAS superstructure.

Flexibility in every situation
Our TSF-W impresses with its continuous design and extremely compact construction, which makes the vehicle very maneuverable even in tight spaces. In addition, the vehicle offers a spacious cabin with breathing apparatus, space for a powerful portable pump and an electrically adjustable LED light mast.
Operating profile
The TSF-W is the flexible basic model for firefighting in smaller municipalities or districts. It covers the following scenarios in particular: firefighting for small fires and incipient fires (indoor and outdoor attacks), technical assistance for minor traffic and household accidents, storm operations, securing operation sites and supporting neighboring fire departments. The modular loading allows adaptation to specific local risks and operational requirements.
Crew and ergonomics
The crew benefits from a clearly laid out cab with short distances and a clear design. Seats, holders and communication devices are arranged in such a way that equipment can be prepared and coordination can take place efficiently even during the journey. Large, non-slip footrests, ergonomic grip points and illuminated access points speed up access to equipment – even in the dark and in bad weather.
Structure and storage space
The design is geared towards robust everyday usability: structured equipment compartments with a clear system, space for firefighting and basic rescue equipment and holders for common additional modules such as power generators, lighting, rescue timber or door opening and barrier equipment. The flexible shelf design allows for later adjustments to local requirements without disrupting the basic logic.
Extinguishing technology
The permanently installed portable pump, hose material and lighting are available in an optimal combination for the initial attack. The system is designed for quick commissioning, safe water delivery and reliable supply in the event of incipient fires. Additional components such as rapid intervention equipment, foam concentrate proportioning or mobile light towers can be added as needed.
Safety and visibility
Uniform ambient and equipment compartment lighting, distinctive warning markings and an optional light mast enhance visibility and tactical overview. Inside, restraint systems, secure equipment fastenings and clear weight distribution ensure a smooth, controlled ride.
Operation and training
Intuitive controls, clear pictograms and consistent logic shorten training time. This reduces sources of error during operation and facilitates cooperation across fire departments. Digital support (e.g., checklists, vehicle diagnostics) and interfaces for existing systems are available on request.
