Trainee fund-raising
The trainees and students of Albert Ziegler GmbH have cancelled their trainee barbecue this year and instead donated € 500.00 each to the districts of Ahrweiler and Eifelkreis Bitburg-Prüm, which were affected by the floods.
The barbecue was supposed to be a replacement for the traditional trainee excursion, which unfortunately had to be cancelled due to Covid-19.
"We are very proud of our trainees, who had a feeling for the situation and wanted to donate on their own initiative," said Ms. Yvonne Gallenmiller, personnel officer and training manager at Albert Ziegler GmbH.
The management of Albert Ziegler GmbH also praised this initiative and additionally rounded up the donation amount.
