ZIEGLER takes the urgency of data and information availability through assistance systems one step further and offers Z-Remote, a remote maintenance/access service: Z-Remote enables “over the air” analyses and diagnostics to be carried out and measures to be planned in a predictive and targeted manner (predictive maintenance) in order to maximize the vehicle’s operational readiness.
This results in enormous advantages for the customer, such as fast assistance, short repair times and fast delivery of the right spare parts. In the after-sales area, parameters can be changed, functions can be deactivated or activated and reliable updates of the control unit software can be carried out.
