Centrifugal fire pumps in a modular system
ZIEGLER centrifugal fire pumps in a modular system offer maximum flexibility and technical precision. Thanks to their modular design, they can be adapted precisely to vehicle and application-specific requirements and meet the highest standards of efficiency, reliability and future-proofing.
Modular pump concept for individual requirements
ZIEGLER centrifugal fire pumps are available in various performance levels and can be equipped with a variable number and arrangement of pressure outlets, automatic switching and pressure control, as well as different foam proportioning systems. This modular system enables tailor-made solutions – from national standards to international norms and special requirements.
Integrated high-pressure technology for reduced water damage
The continuously developed three-stage ZIEGLER high-pressure pump is connected to the running normal-pressure pump via an electromagnetic clutch as required. Thanks to the high-pressure stage’s own pump shaft, its impellers do not run during normal pressure operation. This ensures a compact design, significantly reduced wear and highly efficient water delivery with minimal secondary water damage.
Flexible operating modes and high operational reliability
ZIEGLER pump systems support pure normal pressure operation, pure high-pressure operation and combined operation of both pump stages. A thermal relief line reliably prevents overheating when water delivery is interrupted, optionally supplemented by an acoustic warning buzzer. The high-pressure pump is also easy to retrofit and can be seamlessly integrated into existing pump concepts.
