Z-Foam was developed to offer firefighters maximum efficiency and safety. It combines ease of use, flexible extinguishing options and an intelligent design that makes optimal use of the available space and facilitates deployment.
Simple and quick operation
The system is functional and self-explanatory. With the one-button control, foam can be deployed immediately – without any prior settings. This saves time and minimizes potential operating errors during use.
Flexible use of extinguishing agents
Z-Foam enables the simultaneous use of water and foam. This allows the extinguishing effect to be optimally adjusted without additional conversions or interruptions during use.
Space-saving and easy to maintain
The intelligent design makes efficient use of the available space in the equipment rooms and facilitates easy maintenance. In addition, the foam concentrate tank can also be filled during operation, ensuring continuous use without interruptions.

Foam proportioning system
With Z-Foam pressure proportioning systems, every fire can be fought effectively and economically.
The electrically driven foam pumps with a maximum flow rate of 96, 24, or 12 l/min leave no one unimpressed. In conjunction with our proven Z‑Control, the Z‑Foam systems are convenient to operate and use. The self-explanatory foam proportioning system is intuitive to operate and foam can be dispensed at the touch of a button using the quick-action foam button.
The operator can decide whether to use foam concentrate from tank A, tank B, or an external foam concentrate source. The foam tanks integrated into the vehicle can also be filled during operation via a separate foam tank filling pump without interrupting the pressure proportioning. Thanks to the pressure-side proportioning of the foam concentrate, water can also be discharged via the remaining outlets during foam application, thereby reducing the flushing process to a minimum.
